At furconsuit, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 15-20 business days from the date that it is placed.

Payment Confirmation:

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.

You may adjust or cancel your order within 24 hours after payment has been verified. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

 

Redirecting An Order:

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Hope your understanding!

 

Processing:

Due to the handmade nature of our products, processing orders typically takes 2-5 business days. Please note that holidays and weekends are not included.

If items are prepared in 24 hours in your order ,then we can ship it in one day.We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.

 

Shipping:

Shipment takes approximately 11 to 14 business days to reach destination countries.

Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.

 

**Shipping Delays**

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Usually it takes about 8-20 days to some countries. Please submit a ticket within 2 month of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our Support Center:support@furconsuit.com will get back to you within 24 hours.
