Order cancellation:

Orders can be canceled only before shipping. Any orders that have been shipped out order can not be canceled.

The buyer need to contact our Support Center:support@furconsuit.com first for the reason, our Support Center will arrange the cancellation in 1-2 working days.

30 Days Returns Warranty：

Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our Support Center：support@furconsuit.com.

 

Kind reminder: Due to all products being handmade, a 20% processing fee of the order amount will be charged for any refunds unrelated to product quality issues.

Return packages must be authorized. Any return requests not authorized by the customer service department will not be accepted.
